Step 1:

  • The first step in warranty claiming is trying all of the troubleshooting steps provided by NexiGo technical support. Authorization for returns will be given after you receive complete troubleshooting steps and test them.

  • Besides returning the flawed products for inspection, the proof of purchase, serial number, photos are other required documents. NexiGo support offers you instructions on how to do the return.

Step 2:

  • You can claim a full refund for products that are delivered dead, damaged, or defective. They must be returned within thirty days from the date they were received. The notification period is within 24 hours of receiving.

  • You should get the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) beforehand and include the serial number of the products that you have received. The merchandise needs to be returned within a 15-day period following the issuance of the RMA number.

Step 3:

  • The merchandise in the original retail box should have all accessories, manuals and cables. Return shipping charges must be borne by the consumers. Once it's determined that your claim is false, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

  • NexiGo's limited warranty applies solely to items within the country of purchase. If items are relocated from their original country of purchase, warranty coverage will be voided.

What is covered under the NexiGo Warranty?

NexiGo offers a warranty for their hardware products, spanning from 90 days to 3 years, with the specific duration detailed in the product manual. This warranty applies to all items purchased directly from NexiGo (Nexight Inc.) or their authorized resellers, commencing from the date of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the NexiGo Warranty?

The warranty will not apply to products lacking sufficient proof of purchase, those that have been lost or stolen, or items whose warranty period has elapsed. Additionally, non-quality-related issues, free products, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, repairs conducted by third parties, use of accessories, parts, or components not provided by NexiGo, damage from external sources, and misuse of products not in accordance with instructions (including, but not limited to: drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, and improper device operation) are not covered. Failure to adhere to product instructions or perform preventive maintenance, as well as purchases from unauthorized resellers, also render the warranty void.
