What is covered under the Turtle Beach Warranty?

Voyetra Turtle Beach, Inc. ("VTB") provides a warranty to the original end-user purchaser ("Purchaser") guaranteeing that the retail Turtle Beach hardware product ("Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. This warranty period is one year for most models, and two years for Elite model headsets, starting from the date of purchase by the Purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Please note that this warranty covers the repair or replacement of a defective product within the Warranty Period and does not entail a refund. Additionally, this limited warranty is applicable solely in the country or territory where the Product was originally purchased from an authorized Voyetra Turtle Beach retailer. It cannot be transferred or assigned to any subsequent purchaser.

  • 1-year limited warranty on most of the products

  • 2-year warranty on Elite Model Headsets

What is NOT covered under the Turtle Beach Warranty?

This warranty policy excludes products that have been purchased as used or refurbished or those that were included as part of a non-VTB product. Turtle Beach does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product and is not obligated to provide support for the Product on all computer operating systems or future versions of such operating systems. Furthermore, this warranty is not applicable to any Product that has undergone alterations, removal, or defacement of its serial number, or any Product damaged due to shipping, improper storage, accidents, electrical power issues, abuse, misuse, neglect, regular wear and tear, natural disasters (e.g., floods), failure to follow instructions, inadequate maintenance, usage that deviates from product instructions, unauthorized modification or servicing of the Product, or damage resulting from the use of the Product with hardware, software, or other products not provided by or specifically recommended by Turtle Beach.
