If you plan to start the return process for your item(s), please get in touch with customer support within 10 days of receiving your order and provide the reason for your return, as stated in the Casetify return policy.
Products that are returned without prior intimation may have the chance to get rejected.
Refunds for returns will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers have the sole responsibility when they send the return packages until it is obtained by the CASETiFY team.
Once your request is received, you may be asked to provide details such as proof of purchase and images of the issue to help validate the claim.
If the claim qualifies for resolution, you will be advised of the next steps. In case the claim is rejected, you will be notified via email.
CASETiFY offers a 6-month warranty that covers product replacement for any impaired or defective items
For Gold Tier Members, this CASETiFY warranty is extended to 12 months

Customers are responsible for all fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Casetify’s team.
