Step 1:

• If a product defects under the warranty period, Tupperware will, at its discretion, either replace the affected product with a similar item or provide credit for future purchases.

• If you intend to initiate a warranty claim, please choose one of the options: If you have a warranty claim, kindly contact your independent Tupperware consultant. 

• If you have a warranty claim and lack a consultant, you're encouraged to use the Consultant Finder tool to connect with a skilled independent consultant in your area. 

Step 2:

• If you prefer not to proceed with your warranty claim via an independent Tupperware consultant, kindly reach out to their customer care team to initiate the procedure.

• Tupperware might request photographic or video evidence of the warranty claim, and they may, at their discretion, ask for the product to be sent to Tupperware for an assessment of the validity of the warranty claim.

Step 3:

• Upon approval of your warranty claim, you will be accountable for the shipping and handling charges, along with any applicable taxes associated with warranty replacement items or parts.

• At present, their processing time stands at 10-12 weeks, in addition to the shipping timeframe.

Tupperware Warranty Period:

• Limited Lifetime Warranty for normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product.
