  • To proceed, you should complete the registration process for your mattress using the information found on the law tags.

  • Additionally, you'll need to provide evidence of your purchase for verification purposes and provide photos illustrating the specific issue you're encountering.

  • Your mattress is equipped with both manufacturing and law tags, and it's essential to locate the tag that displays the mattress's make, model, and size. After finding this tag, capture a clear photograph of it.

  • To initiate the return procedure, kindly complete the provided form. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive an email to the registered email address outlining the subsequent steps for your return process.

Step 3:

  • Next, it's essential to share your contact information to ensure effective communication. Kindly provide your name, contact number, and shipping address so that they can reach out to you easily. 

  • Subsequently, you'll be asked to provide details about the method of your product purchase.

  • Once you've selected the appropriate option regarding your purchase location, you can input either the order number or the first and last name used for the order.

  • Now, to upload the photograph of your mattress, ensure all sheets and bedding are removed to reveal the top surface.

  • Kindly upload an image showcasing the specific issue you're encountering with your mattress.
