Enrolling in the TUMI Tracer® program logs the purchase date, ensuring your details are stored in their system. In the event you require their repair services, they can verify whether your bag is still covered by the warranty.
You can anticipate a complete reimbursement of the total purchase amount and relevant taxes, if applicable, within 30 days from the reception of your return. The refund will be processed using the same payment method initially utilized for the purchase.
A complete credit refund at the purchase price is applicable to various categories, including full-priced merchandise, full-priced merchandise with special (limited time) promotional discounts, sale merchandise, and sale merchandise with special (limited time) promotional discounts.

Please note that products not purchased from the official website are not eligible for return or refund. Returns made without confirmation from TUMI Customer Service will not be accepted.

The warranty is applicable to the initial owner. With few exceptions, if any damage occurs to your TUMI product within the first twelve months of ownership – encompassing damage resulting from normal wear and tear, airline handling, or other transit-related damage – TUMI will bear all repair costs, including shipping expenses to and from their repair facility. In cases where the product is deemed irreparable, TUMI will provide a replacement.
The warranty does not cover damages arising from abuse, cosmetic damage (like scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages. These include harm or loss to the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
