What is covered under the Tumi Bags Warranty?

The warranty is applicable to the initial owner. With few exceptions, if any damage occurs to your TUMI product within the first twelve months of ownership – encompassing damage resulting from normal wear and tear, airline handling, or other transit-related damage – TUMI will bear all repair costs, including shipping expenses to and from their repair facility. In cases where the product is deemed irreparable, TUMI will provide a replacement.

  • 2-year warranty on wallets or accessories

  • 5-year warranty on travel, business, or bag collections

What is NOT covered under the Tumi Bags Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damages arising from abuse, cosmetic damage (like scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages. These include harm or loss to the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
