Step 1:

  • Individuals have to return the products that have not been taken out of the box and have been in their original packaging after informing the manufacturer within seven days from the date they were delivered. 

  • Store credit is available, which is an alternative option for a refund, provided to products that have been unboxed and used, informing the manufacturer within seven days from the delivery date about returning. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the invoice value.

  • Once the item is returned and confirmed to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. The same seven-day time period is also for informing about the return of the damaged products.

Step 2:

  • Mattresses cannot be accepted for return due to customer error or change of mind, except for Universe Bed Co mattresses, which can be returned after a 120-night trial to claim a refund.

  • Their products are accompanied by warranties and guarantees that are irrevocable under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to receive a replacement or a refund in the case of a major failure and to seek compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Step 3:

  • You also have the right to request the repair or replacement of the goods if they do not meet acceptable quality standards, and the failure is not considered a major failure.

  • The customer service team is working round the clock to solve your troubles fast and they provide you a choice to book a service call for the product which is still under warranty period.

  • During the warranty process, Oscar Juicers may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period varies depending on the product.
