3 Simple Steps for Billabong Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Billabong tends to provide a refund within 7-10 days of receipt to customers who return the products within 30 days of the purchase date in unused, unworn, undamaged condition, and including all original tags, labels, and retail packaging.

  • Informing the customer service team about receiving the wrong items will prompt them to provide you with instructions on how to initiate the return of the items. The status of your refund, whether it is rejected or approved, will be sent to you via email.

Step 2:

  • Without including shipping charges, the refund will be paid to you. You have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the case of a significant failure, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • In the event of a substantial failure, you are entitled to either a replacement or refund, along with compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage.

Step 3:

  • There are two options available to get in touch with the customer support team: chat and phone. Additionally, your name, subject, type of inquiry, description, and file attachments should be submitted in the form to contact them.

  • It is not mandatory to attach a file. Their products are accompanied by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • During the warranty process, Billabong may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
