After 48 hours since the return request is received by Tuft & Needle, you will receive an email to the email address on file. Through the email, you can read the best guidelines to start the return.

The limited warranty is restricted to material defects arising from faulty materials or craftsmanship in the purchased product. Precisely, this warranty addresses specific defects, provided they occur under circumstances where you have utilized, maintained, and handled the product solely for its intended purpose. Throughout the warranty duration, they will either repair or replace the defective product or its components (if applicable).
The limited warranty excludes changes to your mattress resulting from regular wear and usage, commercial use, or any alterations due to circumstances or uses beyond the standard, intended household maintenance. Specifically, this warranty does not cover minor imperfections, slight cosmetic flaws, normal wear and tear, tears, stains, soiling, burns, discoloration over time, dampness, mold, individualized preferences regarding firmness, texture, or comfort, body impressions not exceeding 3/4" below the cover level, individual allergies or sensitivities, and naturally occurring aromas from cotton, fabric, or foam.
