They will let you know about the status of the products whether they fall under or out of warranty coverage within two business days. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed under the lifetime warranty. A 30-day period beginning from the date your product is delivered is considered the timeframe to return the products.

The warranty excludes damages resulting from regular wear and tear, accidents, or improper maintenance. Removal of THE ARRIVALS garment tags will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover tears, rips, or other damages to THE ARRIVALS products. Failure to adhere to care instructions on the garment label may result in damages not covered by this warranty. Any alterations or tailoring to the jacket will void its warranty coverage.
