Step 1:

  • Emailing the customer experience team with your order number and 2-3 images that show the damages is the beginning of the warranty claim process. You will be questioned by them with additional questions for your repair to be evaluated.

  • They will let you know about the status of the products whether they fall under or out of warranty coverage within two business days. In addition to this, the products covered by warranty will receive instructions to ship the jackets to be repaired. You will be informed about the status of the jackets.

Step 2:

  • Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed under the lifetime warranty. A 30-day period beginning from the date your product is delivered is considered the timeframe to return the products.

  • You are eligible to claim a full refund for the product that you have to return without washing, altering, or wearing, and, most importantly, original tags must be attached to the product. A $10 restocking fee is applicable for non-exchange returns.

  • Returns usually require 3-5 business days for processing, excluding the day of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. The refund does not include the shipping charges.

Step 3:

  • A replacement or refund is convenient to the consumers who received the damaged products. The receiving of damaged products must be notified within five days from the date you received them via the provided email.

  • The manufacturer will reject reports of damages to the products if the notification period exceeds five days, except for manufacturing or factory defects, which will be determined by them.

What is covered under the The Arrivals Warranty?

THE ARRIVALS provides a warranty program exclusively for jackets purchased through the official website. These jackets are covered against manufacturer defects for the entire lifespan of the garment. Please note that the warranty is applicable only within the United States.

What is NOT covered under the The Arrivals Warranty?

The warranty excludes damages resulting from regular wear and tear, accidents, or improper maintenance. Removal of THE ARRIVALS garment tags will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover tears, rips, or other damages to THE ARRIVALS products. Failure to adhere to care instructions on the garment label may result in damages not covered by this warranty. Any alterations or tailoring to the jacket will void its warranty coverage.
