What is covered under the Simplehuman Warranty?

Simplehuman assures that its products will be devoid of any material or workmanship defects under regular use and proper care, adhering to the provided product instructions, throughout the product's warranty duration. This warranty is applicable solely in the country where the Simplehuman product was originally purchased.

What is NOT covered under the Simplehuman Warranty?

The warranty does not cover a range of conditions or circumstances that may affect the product over time. These include dents, scratches, and other forms of normal wear and tear. Additionally, misuse, abusive use, intentional damage, accidents, modifications, or alterations to the product are not covered. Incorrect operation, installation, or failure to follow operation instructions, as detailed in the Set Up Guide, also voids the warranty. Other conditions not covered include incorrect voltage or use of non-standard batteries, as well as the use of non-Simplehuman parts. Vermin or insect infestation, hard-water scale buildup, prolonged dampness or condensation, and deterioration due to exposure to extreme conditions such as outside weather, heat, or cold are not covered. Product demonstrations of lost or stolen products disposed parts or products, and all incidental or consequential damages resulting from user mishandling or unintended use are excluded from warranty coverage. Additionally, contents such as soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, gel, and batteries used with the product are not covered.
