Items bought from Traeger Grills, whether through phone, sponsored events, or the official website, can be returned within 45 days from the initial date of shipment. When returning, a copy of the original purchase receipt must be attached.
Don't waste your time returning the pellets, sauces, or rubs, as they will be rejected. Please return the products in the original packaging and in unused, unassembled condition.
The seller takes 10 business days once they receive your product to process the refund amount to your credit or debit card. A check is used as an alternate option to provide the amount when the original form of payment is not active and is issued within thirty days.

During the warranty process, Traeger Grills may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period which is 3, 5, 7, or 10 years which are limited.

7-year limited warranty on non-connected grills and D2 Wifire grills manufactured before October 2021

Traeger Pellet Grills LLC promises the barbecue grill, assuring against defects in material and workmanship under regular use and maintenance for a specific duration starting from the original purchase date. In the event of any defective part, Traeger Pellet Grills LLC will supply a replacement. Parts approved for return by Traeger's Parts Department must be sent back with prepaid shipping.
The warranty becomes null and void if the unit is not assembled or operated in compliance with the provided operation instructions; if the unit is resold or traded to a different owner; if incompatible components, accessories, or fuels are used; if the unit is utilized for commercial or food service applications; or if the user has abused or neglected proper maintenance of the unit. Traeger Pellet Grills LLC is not liable, under the warranty or any implied warranty, for incidental or consequential damages.
