  • Confirm your product was purchased from TOZO's official store or an authorized reseller, as warranty coverage applies only to products sold through approved channels.

  • Locate your proof of purchase, a receipt or invoice clearly showing the product model, purchase price, and purchase date will be required to proceed.

  • Verify that your issue falls within the warranty period and relates to a manufacturing defect, as damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear is not covered.

Step 2:

  • Visit the Process a Warranty page on the TOZO website and complete the warranty claim form with your product details and a description of the issue.

  • Alternatively, reach out to TOZO's support team by emailing or using the Live Chat option available on the support page.

  • A separate warranty claim must be submitted for each product being sent; combined claims for multiple items will not be accepted.

Step 3:

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, follow the return instructions provided by the support team, including the designated return address.

  • TOZO recommends using a tracked shipping method, as they are not responsible for items lost in transit; all inbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • It will take up to 2 business days for your warranty claim to be processed from the time it is received. The product you send becomes the property of TOZO and will not be returned.

TOZO Warranty Period:

  • Standard Warranty (Authorized Resellers): 12 months from the date of purchase for all authentic TOZO products

  • Extended Warranty (TOZO Official Store): 18 months from the date of purchase when purchased directly from TOZO's website

What is covered under the TOZO Warranty?

TOZO's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for all authentic products purchased from TOZO's official store or authorized resellers.

  • If a qualifying defect is identified, TOZO will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or factory-refurbished unit of equal value, or issue a warranty credit equal to the original purchase price (not exceeding TOZO's manufacturer suggested retail price) for use toward any TOZO product on the official store.
  • Replacement units carry the same warranty as the original item or 3 months from the replacement date, whichever is longer.

What is NOT covered under the TOZO Warranty?

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, falls, extreme temperatures, water exposure outside rated conditions, or improper operation

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discolouration
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of incompatible accessories
