Locate your proof of purchase, a receipt or invoice clearly showing the product model, purchase price, and purchase date will be required to proceed.
Verify that your issue falls within the warranty period and relates to a manufacturing defect, as damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear is not covered.
Visit the Process a Warranty page on the TOZO website and complete the warranty claim form with your product details and a description of the issue.
Alternatively, reach out to TOZO's support team by emailing or using the Live Chat option available on the support page.
A separate warranty claim must be submitted for each product being sent; combined claims for multiple items will not be accepted.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, follow the return instructions provided by the support team, including the designated return address.
TOZO recommends using a tracked shipping method, as they are not responsible for items lost in transit; all inbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
It will take up to 2 business days for your warranty claim to be processed from the time it is received. The product you send becomes the property of TOZO and will not be returned.
Standard Warranty (Authorized Resellers): 12 months from the date of purchase for all authentic TOZO products
Extended Warranty (TOZO Official Store): 18 months from the date of purchase when purchased directly from TOZO's website
