Step 1:

  • Confirm that you are the original purchaser of the product, as the warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to any subsequent owner or person to whom the product has been gifted or resold.

  • Locate your proof of purchase. A valid receipt or order confirmation showing the product and date of purchase will be required when submitting your warranty claim.

  • Verify that your issue is covered under the warranty by confirming it relates to a defect in materials or workmanship rather than physical damage, water damage (on non-IP68 devices), or misuse.

Step 2:

  • Before submitting a warranty claim, reach out to the iTECH Wearables customer care team. They will work to resolve your issue directly and, if a warranty claim is needed, will issue you a ticket number to proceed.

  • Contact the support team by visiting the iTECH Wearables website or by email. Do not send any product back without first receiving guidance from the team.

  • Once the support team confirms your claim is valid and provides a ticket number, you can proceed to submit your warranty claim through the official warranty portal.

Step 3:

  • Visit the iTECH Wearables Warranty Portal and complete the warranty claim form during the warranty period using the ticket number provided by customer care.

  • Shortly after submitting your claim, you will receive a warranty confirmation email. This email must be included inside the return package when sending your product back; returns without this confirmation will not be processed.

  • Ship your product only to the address provided by the warranty team after receiving your confirmation, as iTECH Wearables only ships replacements to domestic U.S. addresses (excluding P.O. boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii).

What is covered under the itech wearables Warranty?

iTECH Wearables' limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all iTECH Wearables products during the one-year warranty period, provided the product has been used in accordance with the product instructions.
If a covered defect is identified, iTECH Wearables will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or defective part free of charge, replace it with the same or similar product, or refund the original purchase price of the product.
