Step 1:

  • The customer support team will pay attention to the queries of the customers which is about claiming the warranty or anything else. You will be able to reach out to them over the phone.

  • The warranty service will not be completed unless you submit the proof of purchase and/or comply with other requirements.

Step 2:

  • Within thirty days from the date of installation, the unsatisfied products can be returned to the Tonal after obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • The customer support team can also assist in tracking the order status and providing guidance on Tonal or the Tonal mobile app.

Step 3:

  • This warranty grants you certain legal rights, and you may have additional rights that differ depending on the state or country in which you reside.

  • In certain states, limitations on implied warranties may not be permitted, meaning the restrictions outlined in this warranty might not affect you.

Tonal Warranty Period:

  • 1-year limited warranty on trainer smart accessories

  • 2-year limited warranty on parts, shipping of those parts, and labor for the trainer, including touchscreen

What is covered under the Tonal Warranty?

The warranty encompasses any faults in the Tonal trainer or newly acquired package of Tonal-branded smart accessories that you bought directly from them or from an authorized Tonal reseller in the United States throughout the warranty duration. It applies solely to you, whether you are the original purchaser of the product or a recipient.

What is NOT covered under the Tonal Warranty?

The warranty becomes void under several conditions including commercial use of the product, issues related to software and software functionality, interruptions or errors in product operation, loss of access due to account termination or suspension by Tonal, data loss and associated recovery costs, normal wear, and tear, defects or malfunctions resulting from non-compliance with product documentation and technical specifications, damage caused by natural disasters or external factors, misuse, neglect, abuse, vandalism, alteration, unauthorized modification, or tampering. Additionally, damage to property resulting from product installation or removal, resale of the product, theft, counterfeit products, unauthorized distribution, relocation outside the United States, units without serial numbers, improper maintenance or repair, improper installation, relocation, or uninstallation, and product or parts returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number are not covered by the warranty.
