The original purchaser is eligible to claim the warranty by providing a copy of the proof of purchase. The shipping costs will never be paid by the Gator Cases during the warranty claim. You will receive solutions for products whose warranty periods have expired.
You are supposed to file a warranty claim using the form, which includes personal information. You will be asked to supply a photo of the product, a warranty card, your date of purchase, and any other relevant image.

The warranty provided by Gator Cases extends solely to manufacturing defects. Under this warranty, the original owner is entitled to receive either a replacement of the product or a comparable product of similar value and condition at the discretion of Gator Cases, for the entire lifespan of the product.
Limited lifetime warranty on cases
The warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, transport damage, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, it does not cover damage caused by mishandling by airlines or freight companies. Any maintenance or repairs not conducted by an approved Gator service center are not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the product is used in a rental capacity, if it has been discontinued and the one-year term has elapsed, or if it was purchased second-hand.
Gator Cases was established in 2000 by Jerry Freed and Crystal Morris, a father-daughter duo based in Tampa, Florida. Their debut at the Summer NAMM show in Nashville, Tennessee featured a modest selection of molded plastic guitar cases. Over time, they broadened their offerings to encompass case and bag solutions across various domains including pro audio, IT, audiovisual, general utility, band instruments, and percussion. Today, their product line boasts over 1000 different solutions crafted from vacuum-formed plastics, rotational-molded plastics, wood, sewn, and EVA materials.
