  • The original purchaser is eligible to claim the warranty by providing a copy of the proof of purchase. The shipping costs will never be paid by the Gator Cases during the warranty claim. You will receive solutions for products whose warranty periods have expired.

  • You are supposed to file a warranty claim using the form, which includes personal information. You will be asked to supply a photo of the product, a warranty card, your date of purchase, and any other relevant image.

Step 2:

  • The product registration is essential in activating the warranty. A few details to be typed to have the registration done successfully. Having a look at the warranty page will remove doubts regarding the warranty policy.

  • The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. However, in certain jurisdictions, these types of damages may not be excluded and may still apply to you.

What is covered under the Gator Cases Warranty?

The warranty provided by Gator Cases extends solely to manufacturing defects. Under this warranty, the original owner is entitled to receive either a replacement of the product or a comparable product of similar value and condition at the discretion of Gator Cases, for the entire lifespan of the product.

What is NOT covered under the Gator Cases Warranty?

The warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, transport damage, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, it does not cover damage caused by mishandling by airlines or freight companies. Any maintenance or repairs not conducted by an approved Gator service center are not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the product is used in a rental capacity, if it has been discontinued and the one-year term has elapsed, or if it was purchased second-hand.
