Here, Aquabrass considers the copy of the invoice as proof of purchase, which should be submitted to the distribution center for warranty claim. Before the approval of the warranty claim, the defective products will be inspected.
You will be provided with warranty service after you provide the personal, product, and purchase information in the form. Four files are to be uploaded without exceeding the size limit of 10 MB.
Any costs incurred for labor, shipping, installation, removal, re-installation, repair, or replacement of Aquabrass products or parts, as well as any incidental or consequential damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from any cause whatsoever, are not covered by the warranty.
Loss or damage resulting from natural disasters such as fire, earthquakes, floods, lightning, or electrical storms is not included in the warranty. Installation by a non-accredited professional is also excluded from the warranty coverage.

This warranty is valid exclusively for purchases made from authorized Aquabrass dealers and is non-transferable.

Aquabrass provides a warranty covering material and workmanship defects under standard conditions of product use, care, and maintenance for the duration of the original homeowner's ownership. The warranty is applicable only to products sold and installed within Canada and the United States.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from inadequate installation, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of the product(s). It also excludes surface damage caused by abrasive cleaning products and corrosion due to exposure to reactive substances like chlorine. Additionally, damage caused by hard water, mineral deposits, or sediment buildup is not covered.
