Confirm that your product was purchased directly from toguardshop.com or from an authorized Toguard dealer. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under the warranty, and purchases made through third-party retailers must be handled directly through that retailer for warranty or refund requests.
Locate your proof of purchase. Products without sufficient proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty coverage, so have your order number, receipt, or invoice ready before contacting the support team.
Verify that your issue relates to a manufacturing defect and not misuse or accidental damage. Damage caused by misuse of the product (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water ingress, or incorrect operation of the equipment) is not covered under the warranty.
Email the Toguard support team with your order number, a clear description of the fault, and supporting photos or videos to help demonstrate the issue you are experiencing.
After receiving your return email request, Toguard will process your return request within 1–2 working days. If your return request meets the requirements, they will provide the warehouse address for you to return the goods.
Do not return your product before receiving the return warehouse address from the support team. Returns need to be sent to Toguard's warehouse in Shenzhen, China, and sending to any other address may result in your return being rejected.
Pack your product securely for return, including all original accessories and packaging. The return must include all accessories, and the item must include the original packaging; failure to meet these requirements may result in the return being rejected.
When your return is complete, provide your tracking number and carrier to Toguard, and they will process the refund or replacement to your original payment account within 1–2 working days after receiving the product.
After receiving your request for an exchange, if requirements are met, Toguard will arrange an exchange within 1–2 working days and provide a tracking number after delivery.
After you purchase the product, within 12 months, Topguard will provide free warranty for your product. If it exceeds 12 months, there will be charge a fee for the related warranty.
