The goodr warranty applies to all US purchases of goodr sunglasses and covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, as well as frame breaks that occur during normal use.
To be eligible, you must have a valid goodr order number along with the email address used at the time of purchase, or a valid receipt. The warranty applies only to purchases made through goodr's website or an authorized retailer. Products from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered.
If your sunglasses were purchased on Amazon, you are eligible for the Retail Warranty claim process. If your frame has been fitted with non-goodr lenses or otherwise altered, warranty coverage is void. Prescription lens orders are covered separately.
All warranty claims are submitted online through goodr's dedicated warranty and returns portal at goodr's official website to the warranty page, and simply click "Start Claim" to begin the process. For Amazon purchases, use the "Retail Warranty Claim" option on the same page.
You will be asked to provide your order details and describe or photograph the issue. All warranty claims are subject to case-by-case review, and the customer support team may request additional documentation before approving the claim.
If you purchased from a retailer outside of goodr.com or Amazon, reach out to the customer support team through goodr's official website. They will guide you through the retail warranty claim process for your specific purchase.
Once your warranty claim is approved, goodr will replace your sunglasses at no cost. If the original style you purchased is no longer available or is out of stock, the customer support team will work to find an appropriate replacement of equal or lesser value from goodr.
Note that goodr is currently unable to issue individual lens replacements due to supply chain constraints warranty claims will result in a full frame replacement rather than lens-only swaps. goodr hopes to offer lens replacement as a solution again in the future.
If your claim is approved for a pair that is no longer carried, the team will offer a comparable alternative they will not leave you without a resolution.
Standard goodr sunglasses: 1 year from the original date of purchase
Prescription frames (goodr x Lensabl): 1 year from date of purchase for frame defects
Prescription lenses (goodr x Lensabl): 3 months from the date of delivery

Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, including peeling or delamination of the lens coating, bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating, and flaking or deterioration of the lens coating.
Scratched lenses or normal wear and tear on lenses lens scratches resulting from everyday use are not covered under the warranty at any time.
