The Firestone Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of new Firestone passenger or light truck tires purchased and primarily used in the United States. The tire must be less than 10 years from its manufacture date and must have more than 2/32 inch (1.6 mm) of remaining tread depth.
Confirm which warranty program applies to your tire, such as the Gold Pledge Limited Warranty, Supplemental Mileage Limited Warranty, or the 90-Day Buy & Try Guarantee.
Register your tires on the official Firestone website, and keep your tire details and proof of purchase ready for warranty verification.
All Firestone warranty claims must be made in person at an authorized Firestone retailer. Use the Store Locator at firestonetire's website to find the nearest authorized location. If you have a Run-Flat tire, it must be taken to a Certified Firestone Run-Flat Retailer specifically.
Bring the suspected defective tire(s), your original proof of purchase, and any relevant vehicle and odometer information. The dealer will inspect the tire and determine whether the condition is covered under the applicable warranty program.
Complete and sign the customer section of the Firestone Limited Warranty adjustment form at the dealership. If the tire falls within the pro-rated period, be prepared to pay the applicable replacement charge, taxes, disposal fees, and service charges at this time.
If the tire is confirmed defective and within the free replacement period, Firestone will replace it with an equivalent new Bridgestone or Firestone tire at no charge, though taxes and service fees may apply.
If the tire is in the pro-rated period, the replacement cost is based on the percentage of tread used, plus applicable service fees. For assistance, contact Firestone customer support or visit an authorized Firestone dealer.
Under the 90-Day Buy & Try Guarantee, you may return a full set of four or more eligible tires to the original retailer within 90 days for a refund or exchange with proof of purchase.
