This warranty is valid for purchases made directly with MOBI or any authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer who purchased the product.
Identify your product type to confirm your warranty period, as every product has a different warranty period, including MobiCam (MobiCam Multi-Purpose and MobiCam HDX models), MOBI Thermometers (Fever Track, Health Check, Prime, Ultra Pulse, Digital Oral, and Non-Contact), and MOBI Blood Pressure Monitors (Wrist and Arm models).
A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase is needed to be eligible for an exchange or a refund. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it and must contain the original packaging.
To initiate a return, warranty claim, or exchange, first contact the MOBI Customer Service team. Reach them by phone or by email, or by submitting a request at Mobiusa's website.
MOBI will only accept returns purchased directly from the MOBI website or through the MOBI Smart app within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned through that retailer's own return process.
You can register your product to initiate a warranty claim, and if the product was purchased through Mobiusa's website, MOBI will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Ship your product using the prepaid label provided by MOBI, packed in its original packaging. MOBI, at its option, will either (a) repair the defective unit or component or (b) replace the defective unit.
Once MOBI receives the returned product, they will ship out the replacement product or issue the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product. If the item was given or received as a gift, MOBI can only refund the original card of purchase.
If the product is no longer available, MOBI may, at its sole discretion, replace the device with the nearest similar available model. MOBI will cover any replacement device with a limited warranty for (a) 90 days or (b) the length of the remaining warranty of the original product.
MobiCam (including MobiCam Multi-Purpose and MobiCam HDX models): 90 days
MOBI Thermometers (Fever Track, Health Check, Prime, Ultra Pulse models): 1 year
MOBI Thermometers (Digital Oral and Non-Contact models): 90 days
MOBI Blood Pressure Monitors (Wrist and Arm models): 2 years

To the original owner of the product, not subsequent owners, MOBI warrants that the unit will be free from defects in materials and quality for the period stated per product category.
If a covered defect is confirmed, MOBI will repair or replace the defective unit at no charge. At its discretion, MOBI may exchange a DualScan Prime Thermometer without requesting for any original products to be returned.
