Timex needs customers to return the watches to an authorized Timex repair center with proof of purchase for repair. You have this choice as a remedy for warranty service. The products sent with no proof of purchase are considered out-of-warranty repairs and the cost should be paid.
You should not use the original box to send back the products for repairs because it may be kept by them. A special watchband or any other article of personal value has to be avoided in the return shipment.
Your name, email, phone number, country, style number, and place of purchase have to be provided for product registration. The style number is used to identify the model of the product, which would have been inscribed on the back side of the case, on the website of Timex, or on the product page under the title "specs.
Buyers must return the products within thirty days of purchase in the original box without missing original packing material, manuals, and any other materials that were sent with the parcel of the products. Timex expects the returned products to be in new condition.
You cannot receive the full refund amount to your credit card, which you used during the purchase, because the manufacturer will debit shipping charges. Individuals who have an account are able to do service or repair for your product easily.

1-year warranty
The warranty becomes void once the warranty period elapses, if the watch was not initially acquired from an authorized Timex retailer, following repair services conducted by entities other than Timex, products are damaged due to accidents, tampering, or misuse. Additionally, warranty coverage does not extend to the lens or crystal, strap or band, watch case, attachments, or battery.
