Step 1:

  • To claim warranty service, you need, Proof of Purchase and Proof of Warranty to Ensure your Timex watch is within the warranty period.

  • Timex will repair your watch at no charge (except for a handling fee) if it is still under warranty. If the watch can’t be repaired due to parts unavailability, Timex may replace it with a similar model.

  • The warranty only covers products purchased from authorized Timex retailers. Products bought second-hand or through private sales are not eligible.

  • Please contact Timex Customer Service at the number provided below to begin the repair or replacement process.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the repair or replacement process, visit the Timex Watch Repair Shop online to submit a request for free shipping and email updates, or send your watch to an authorized Timex repair center with proof of purchase, excluding the original box and personal items.

  • You should not use the original box to send back the products for repairs because it may be kept by them. A special watchband or any other article of personal value has to be avoided in the return shipment.

  • Buyers must return the products within thirty days of purchase in the original box without missing original packing material, manuals, and any other materials that were sent with the parcel of the products. Timex expects the returned products to be in new condition.

Step 3:

  • To register your product, please provide your name, email, phone number, country, style number, and place of purchase. The style number, which helps identify the model, can be found engraved on the back of the case, on the Timex website, or on the product page under the "specs" section.

  • You cannot receive the full refund amount to your credit card, which you used during the purchase, because the manufacturer will debit shipping charges. Individuals who have an account are able to do service or repair for your product easily. 

  • The warranty grants you certain legal entitlements, and additional rights may apply depending on your country or state of residence. Timex has a plan which allows you to extend your warranty.

  • Lifetime Warranty - GPS Watches, Smartwatches, Fitness Trackers and related technical products. The Lifetime Warranty, depending on the model and product line.
