After you fill up the form, Brew Watches provides you with important instructions to return the products for service. Proof of purchase or warranty card is supposed to be produced for the warranty confirmation.
The warranty will be invalid when the repairs are done by persons who are not authorized by Brew Watches. A 14-day time period, from the date you receive the products, is offered for the products to be returned.
The products that have no signs, wear, or damage have to be returned in the original packaging. Customers who send back the products in new condition are able to receive exchanges or refunds.
The responsibility for return shipping lies with the customer. Brew cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged during shipment.
You may have to keep waiting for 48 hours to get a response from the customer support team following the completion of the form. They work on weekdays only.
