Oak & Oscar is pleased to offer exchanges or refunds within 5 days of delivery (as indicated by tracking information), on the condition that the item remains unworn and unaltered. To initiate a return or exchange, you must first request a Return Authorization via email.
Once the returned merchandise is received and the returned item is accepted, a credit or refund will be processed.
The warrantor retains the right to apply a 10.0% restocking fee and deduct shipping expenses from both the original and return shipments. Additionally, the warrantor cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
The customer will be responsible for any international duties or additional fees imposed by a government, shipping company, or other third party.

2-year limited warranty
The warranty excludes leather goods, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by accidents or negligence. Furthermore, this warranty becomes invalid if the watch is serviced by individuals not authorized by Oak & Oscar.
