3 Simple Steps for Oak & Oscar Watch Warranty Claim

Step 1:

• Oak & Oscar is pleased to offer exchanges or refunds within 5 days of delivery (as indicated by tracking information), on the condition that the item remains unworn and unaltered. To initiate a return or exchange, you must first request a Return Authorization via email.
  

• Once the returned merchandise is received and the returned item is accepted, a credit or refund will be processed. 
  
  

Step 2:

• The warrantor retains the right to apply a 10.0% restocking fee and deduct shipping expenses from both the original and return shipments. Additionally, the warrantor cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

• The customer will be responsible for any international duties or additional fees imposed by a government, shipping company, or other third party.
  

Step 3:

• If you require watch servicing or assistance, please fill out the Service and Repair form. Alternatively, you can access a contact form with basic details on the left side of the contact page.

• Please ensure to include them in your contacts to prevent any communications from being flagged as spam. They have observed several occurrences of this issue.

• Oak and Oscar watches come with a 2-year limited warranty.
