Step 1:

Step 2:

• You should not take more than thirty days from the date of delivery to return your products. You have to postmark your return packages before initiating the return. Tweezerman does not reimburse the original shipping charges.

• The products that have been returned to the manufacturer in improper condition will undergo the deduction of a 20% restocking fee from the original invoice amount. No refund, exchange, or return for final sale items and any personalized or engraved items.
  

• The processing time of the return is 7-10 business days since it is received by the staff members in the warehouse. They inform you about the receipt of your returned products and refund processing via confirmation email.

• Reimbursements for qualified returns will be applied to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative cards or different payment forms.
