What is covered under the Thule Warranty?

Thule Guarantee will warrant all of the products that are manufactured by Thule and sold by their own website or from authorized sources with a specified warranty period according to the specifications and usage of the product only to the original purchaser of the product. Thule will always remedy the defects in material and workmanship in the product with necessary repair or replacement subject to the limitations and exclusions described in the warranty plan. Please make sure you provide the Terms of Warranty when requesting repair services from Thule to make the claim successful.

What is NOT covered under the Thule Warranty?

Be informed that Thule warranty plan does not cover any damages due to conjunction of non-Thule products with Thule products under any circumstances; damages due to scratches, normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications or any types of repair other than those authorized by Thule and defects resulting from conditions beyond Thule’s control including, but not limited to overloading, misuse, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with Thule’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser. Additionally, not providing proof of purchase like the original purchase invoice or receipt, and with a detailed description of the defect makes the claim void. You will have to bear the shipping costs in the process. The mailing costs will be refunded by Thule, upon presentation of the related mailing receipts. In no event will Thule be liable for any lost sales, lost profits, or for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages which were not directly and clearly caused by a defective product.
