Once the mattress has been collected, they will refund the entire product price, deducting only the value of any discounts, accrued interest, and shipping charges.

Purple warranties have certain restrictions on their warranty plans. As per the instructions, Any form of damage due to over-usage that is non-prescribed; evidence of misuse, no proper care and maintenance, or neglect and damages due to tears, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, folds, footprints, burns, cuts, or signs of jumping on the bed, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or blood or bodily fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure are always neglected in the claim. Please note that localized firmness changes are normal and are not covered under warranty along with comfort preferences. They are also not liable for consequential or incidental damages arising out of any breach of this warranty or resulting from the use of any mattress, cover, foundation, frame, pillow, top-of-bed product (such as comforters, sheets, mattress protectors or blankets) or accessories.
