  • Thermador needs your appliance's model number for your digital user manual to be accessed. By completing the registration process, you unlock a gateway to customer service support, gain access to valuable product information, and receive an exclusive invitation to enroll in the Thermador Appliance Service Plan.

  • Furthermore, you have the option to locate a skilled Thermador technician or an authorized service provider capable of addressing your specific needs.

  • Outstanding customer service is provided by Thermador customer care. Alternatively, you can send the message "SUPPORT" to the specified number or email them to access online resources such as owner manuals, service finder, FAQs, how-to videos, warranties, and more.

What is covered under the Thermador Warranty?

All products come with a warranty that covers any "defective" materials and workmanship related to the merchandise provided. This warranty exclusively offers a remedy of repair or replacement for the merchandise itself. It replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied. Any warranties imposed by law, such as those for merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, shall only apply for the duration of this express limited warranty.

What is NOT covered under the Thermador Warranty?

The warranty does not cover consequential, special, incidental, indirect, "business loss," and/or punitive damages, losses, or expenses. This includes but is not limited to, time away from work, expenses related to hotels and restaurant meals, and remodeling costs that go beyond direct damages definitively caused exclusively by BSH or the product itself. This warranty provides you with distinct legal entitlements, and it's possible that you possess additional rights that differ based on the state in which you reside.
