What is covered under the Haier Warranty?

The limited warranty is applicable to the initial buyer and any subsequent owner of products bought for residential use within the United States. In cases where the product is situated in an area without access to a Haier Appliances Authorized Servicer, you may be responsible for a trip charge, or you might need to transport the product to an Authorized Haier Appliances Service facility for servicing. In case of a product failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship, you have the option of receiving a replacement, repair, or a refund of the original retail price. If the unit is replaced, the new unit is covered for the remaining duration of your product's original one-year warranty. Haier Appliances reserves the right to either replace the product with one of the same or similar functionality and quality or provide a refund of the original retail price, depending on its discretion.

What is NOT covered under the Haier Warranty?

The warranty policy excludes coverage for various scenarios, including improper installation, product modifications, unreasonable use without adequate maintenance, and incidents like the replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit breakers. Additionally, it doesn't apply to damage caused by corrosion in models lacking corrosion protection, issues resulting from incorrect power supply voltage, accidents, natural disasters such as fires or floods, or other unforeseeable acts. Furthermore, any incidental or consequential damage that may occur is not covered, especially if it happens after the product has been delivered.
