Step 1:

  • You may have many appliances from the Haier brand, but there is only one registration procedure for all products to commence the warranty claim steps. You are allowed to register what product you want.

  • You'll receive an invitation to establish an account, where you can securely store significant details, including your product registration history.

  • Your orders can be tracked by providing the reference number and email address.

Step 2:

  • You have the flexibility to initiate a return for a refund or replacement within the first 7 days following the delivery of your appliance to your home, and this can be done without any additional restocking or pickup charges. It is crucial to conduct a thorough inspection of your appliances for any signs of damage during this initial 7-day window.

  • Returns or replacement requests made between 7 and 30 days after the delivery date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, along with a pick-up fee. These charges will be deducted from the refund for the returned appliance.

  • All items returned for a refund must be in re-sellable condition. A refund will be processed once the product(s) have been collected and confirmed to be in re-sellable condition.

Step 3:

  • Haier has a polished support team that politely addresses your questions related to the products. Chatting and mailing options are on; you can pick either one.

  • If you have a penchant for traditional methods, they offer a toll-free phone number and a postal mailing address as well. There is an autonomous website for Canadian citizens.

  • During the warranty process, Haier may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year warranty period.

Haier Warranty Period:

  • 1-year limited warranty on refrigerators, microwave ovens, air conditioners, dehumidifiers
