Step 2:

  • Certain states may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, thus the aforementioned restriction or exclusion might not be applicable to you.

  • This warranty provides you with particular legal entitlements, and you may also possess additional rights that differ depending on the state you reside in.

Step 3:

  • In addition to warranty claims, the customer support team can also be contacted for troubleshooting guidance, installation, or technical inquiries related to other matters. A brief form has to be filled out. There is a separate form for general inquiries.

  • Seller hereby disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, apart from those explicitly stated in this warranty document.

  • During the warranty process, The Galley may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year, 5-year, or lifetime limited warranty period.

What is covered under the The Galley Warranty?

The Galley offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty, assuring that its products, when installed in residential settings, are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for the specified warranty period. The warranties cannot be transferred.

What is NOT covered under the The Galley Warranty?

The warranty does not cover mechanical or finish issues arising from abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance (including failure to properly winterize the Tap in outdoor settings), improper cleaning, exposure to saltwater, or accidental damage like scuffs and scratches. The seller is not responsible for labor costs, removal and reinstallation expenses, shipping or postage fees, or injuries caused by a defective product. Additionally, the warranty does not permit reimbursement for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use or property damage, and the seller bears no responsibility for such damages.
