  • Before returning the damaged or non-damaged products, you must inform the manufacturer about receiving damaged products or returning non-damaged products via email. No sale items or gift cards are accepted.

Step 2:

  • A return shipping label is provided with instructions after they accept your return. The return time frame for non-damaged products is 30 days. Within this duration, the products must be sent in unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase attached.

  • The manufacturer will notify you about the status of your refund, whether it is rejected or approved, once the return is inspected. You will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method.

Lecavist offers a warranty guaranteeing that all products manufactured by them will be devoid of defects in materials or workmanship. Within the warranty period, any defective products will either undergo repair or replacement.

What is NOT covered under the Lecavist Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for the wear parts of the product, as well as any issues or damage arising from several factors.
