In the event of a valid warranty claim, Changhong Australia will take the following steps: Repair or inspect the product; If the issue constitutes a major fault or if the product cannot be repaired, Changhong will either replace the product or provide an equivalent one.
If an equivalent product is not available, Changhong will liaise with the retailer to offer a store credit. If Changhong offers the consumer either a replacement, an equivalent product, or payment, the consumer agrees to transfer ownership of the original product to Changhong Australia immediately.
