What is covered under the The Brick Warranty?

The warranty provides coverage for a range of issues, including premature cracking, warping, or peeling of finish on genuine leather, bonded leather, and wood, as well as electronic components, all moving parts, mechanism failure, defective frame construction, faulty joints and springs, all sleeper mechanisms (such as sofa beds), failed stitching, and seam separation. If you encounter a defect in any of these areas, they will address it through repairs, adhering to the manufacturer's warranty and its terms. To get comprehensive information about the warranty, please refer to the product's factory manual and the included instructions that outline the specific coverage. It's essential to note that for the manufacturer's warranty to be valid, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through regular use in a home setting.

  • 5-year warranty on total appliances and furniture

  • 4-year warranty on electronics

What is NOT covered under the The Brick Warranty?

The warranty does not cover several aspects, including normal wear and tear, failure to operate the product according to the manufacturer's instructions, or repairs conducted by unauthorized individuals not associated with The Brick, which may result in damages. It also excludes cases of willful abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product, any product sold without a manufacturer's warranty, or any commercial or rental use of the product. Damage resulting from fraud, intentional acts, transportation, improper use, acts of nature, or failure to protect the covered product from further damage is not covered. Additionally, it doesn't extend to damages caused by insect or pest infestations or treatments thereof, harm to mattresses, fabric, cables, remote controls, electrical cords, or modifications of the product. Failure to adhere to recommended weight restrictions, or damages or product failures already covered by the specific manufacturer's "parts and labor" coverage, are not included. It also does not cover cleaning, preventative maintenance, or customer education outlined in the manufacturer's product manual, or anything not explicitly mentioned in this certificate as part of the plan. Any pre-existing issues or defects with the product before the plan's effective date, as well as delivery fees or related auxiliary services, are excluded from coverage.
