  • You will be answered by the department, which is for Scanpan warranty claims, within ten business days, and you must have proof of purchase while claiming the warranty.

  • Any Scanpan warranty claims, product support concerns, product defects, unreliable products, or manufacturing issues you encounter will be addressed by Scanpan in accordance with its warranty policy.

Step 2:

  • By 14 days from the receipt date of your order, the products bought on the official website can be returned to the manufacturer for a refund in the original condition and packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the return charges. They advise you to use the trackable method for returning the products because if the items are not delivered then no one is willing to take the responsibility.

What is covered under the Scanpan Warranty?

SCANPAN provides a comprehensive 10-year warranty, assuring the quality of their products. This warranty ensures that their products are free from any material or manufacturing defects for a decade, starting from the purchase date. It covers instances of faulty workmanship or materials when the product is used under regular household conditions and following the care and usage guidelines provided. If a defect is determined to be the result of a manufacturing fault, SCANPAN will replace the defective cookware at no cost, offering a similar product or an equivalent one if the original item is no longer in stock. Common issues with Scanpan pans, such as problems with the non-stick surface, overheating, peeling, pitting, bubbling, or even rusted knives, are covered under the warranty. Once you report these concerns to their customer support team, they will arrange for a replacement.

What is NOT covered under the Scanpan Warranty?

The warranty does not cover typical wear and tear, product misuse, or commercial use. It also excludes scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage resulting from excessive heat to the interior of the pan. Furthermore, consequential damage is explicitly not covered by the warranty.
