Any defective furniture covered by the warranty will either be repaired or replaced by Emeco. To report a claim, customers are required to email the customer support team, and the defective items must be shipped prepaid to the registered office address.

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to return it to Emeco for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories and packaging components.
The customer will incur all freight charges and a restocking fee of at least 25% for returned items. Once the items are inspected for any damage, the credited amount will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Special order items, as well as Kong chairs and stools, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, a return authorization is required from Emeco prior to sending back the item.

The lifetime warranty for the specified products applies to purchases made on or after January 1st, 2002. This warranty is applicable solely to original purchasers who acquire new products directly from Emeco. Additionally, a 3-year outdoor warranty is provided for all colors of the 111 Navy and Broom models, valid for products produced on or after January 1st, 2018, at the Emeco factory.
The warranty does not cover fabric that is not manufactured by Emeco, as it is subject solely to the guarantees or warranties, if any, provided by the upholstery manufacturer. Additionally, the warranty excludes factory upholstery, scratches and chips to powder-coated color finishes, scratches or discoloration and deterioration to plastic (resulting from harsh cleaners) or plastic laminate components, scratches and blemishes to polyurethane components, scratches and blemishes to polished finishes, wood finishes, tabletop wear, and floor glide wear. Furthermore, scratches or discoloration and deterioration to rPET plastic (due to harsh cleaners), reclaimed Wood Polypropylene plastic, or floor glide wear are not covered. Natural variations in wood grain and color are characteristic of this material and are not included in this warranty. Discoloration of surface materials resulting from stains, harsh cleaners, or dye from clothing, including denim, is also not covered by this warranty. Lastly, this warranty does not apply to furniture damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse, nor does it apply if repairs are attempted by the purchaser or by anyone other than an authorized Emeco agent or the Emeco factory.
