Tempur-Pedic warrants all of its products with a limited warranty of a time period specifically designed for its design and applications. Any material and workmanship defects will be repaired or replaced under the warranty within the period when you have proper proof of purchase in hand subject to the limitations described in this Limited Warranty. Please purchase all of their products on their website or from authorized sources as claims are only applicable for those products. Additionally, It will be immediately applied from the date of purchase and only to the original purchaser of the product. Any type of physical flaws in their product under normal use and proper handling and deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base are always covered by the claim.
Tempur-Pedic warranty has limitations on the plan. As per the directions, Any damage due to improper physical handling; damages to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to cuts, burns, liquid damage, tears or stains; normal increase in softness of the TEMPUR® pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress; complaints in comfort preferences; damage associated with an improper bed frame, adjustable base or foundation; replacement of the accompanying piece in the Tempur-Pedic sleep system where only one piece is defective unless that accompanying piece is also defective; the product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailer and product sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer are always excluded in the claim.
