What is covered under the Tempur-Pedic Warranty?

Tempur-Pedic warranty policy applies to:

  • Tempur-Pedic provides a limited warranty for defects in material and workmanship, repair or replacement is available with proof of purchase.
  • Warranty applies only to products purchased from Tempur-Pedic's website or authorized sources.
  • Covers the original purchaser from the date of purchase.
  • Includes coverage for physical flaws under normal use, such as visible indentations greater than 0.75 inches.
  • Does not cover indentations caused by improper or unsupportive foundations or adjustable bed bases.

What is NOT covered under the Tempur-Pedic Warranty?

Tempur-Pedic warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage due to improper physical handling, such as cuts, burns, liquid damage, tears, or stains.
  • Normal increase in softness of the TEMPUR® material that does not affect its pressure-relieving qualities.
  • Complaints about comfort preferences.
  • Damage caused by an improper bed frame, adjustable base, or foundation.
  • Replacement of an accompanying piece in the Tempur-Pedic sleep system where only one piece is defective unless the accompanying piece is also defective.
  • Products sold by unauthorized resellers, or products sold "as-is," "preconditioned," "reconditioned," "used," "comfort return," "returned," "previously owned," or any similar wording indicating the product is not "new" or of "first quality," or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
