To claim a warranty for the Kobalt brand, the company doesn’t want you to register your products or necessitates having an account. The process is pretty simple and direct. Kobalt provides a warranty for the products if you are unhappy with their products.
In case of any defects in the products, the company encourages you to return the products to the nearby Lowe’s store within 90 days of purchase. Please note that you need to submit the proof of purchase to validate the return.
During the warranty process, Kobalt may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year warranty period.
At the Lowe’s store, the items will be replaced or exchanged.
You have another option to make the return online. Attempt to obtain the Return BarCode on Lowe’s page, by providing Email ID and Order ID.
After obtaining the bar code, pack the products carefully along with the invoice, and bar code attached on both the inside and outside of the parcel. Then ship the products using a local parcel carrier.
If a refund is applicable, the initial purchase amount will be credited to your original payment method within a span of 15 days.
Kindly be aware that if purchases were made using a gift card, or in-store credit, the refund will be issued in the shape of in-store credit.
