Step 1:

• In case of any defects in the products during the warranty period, Kobalt encourages you to return the products to the nearby Lowe’s store within 90 days of purchase.

• Please note that you need to submit the proof of purchase to validate the return.

• To claim a warranty for the Kobalt brand, the company doesn’t want you to register your products or necessitate having an account. 

• During the warranty process, Kobalt may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year warranty period.

Step 2:

• At the Lowe’s store, the items will be replaced or exchanged.

• If the customer needs shipping arrangements for a large or heavy item, they should call 1-800-445-6937 to discuss eligibility for home pickup. 

• You have another option to make the return online. Attempt to obtain the Return BarCode on Lowe’s page by providing the email ID and order ID.

• After obtaining the bar code, pack the products carefully along with the invoice and bar code attached on both the inside and outside of the parcel.
