  • To register your product, you will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, and product type.

  • You will also need to provide the date of purchase and the SKU number of your product.

  • After registering your product, you’ll be able to view your product’s warranty details, view your shopping history, and get notifications about new products and Oakley deals.

  • Oakley Stores accepts returns on all orders made on the website. Use the store locator to find your nearest Oakley store.

  • Bring your order, proof of purchase, and original packaging to an Oakley Store within 30 days of purchase.

  • The items exchanged must be the same price, and it'll be sent out as soon as it's received. They'll give you a return shipping label, so it's easy to ship your returned item.

  • A full refund will be issued based on your original payment method. Allow up to 5 business days for credit to appear on your account.

  • Returns are also accepted at official Lenscrafters stores and official Sunglasshut stores.

  • During the warranty process, Oakley may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually 30 days, 100 days, 2 years, or a lifetime warranty.

Oakley Warranty Period:

  • Oakley Apparel has a 30-day warranty, accessories are covered for 100 days, and bags and technical outerwear come with a 1-year warranty

  • Oakley Eyewear includes a 2-year warranty, while goggles are backed by a lifetime warranty
