  • You will have to show proof of purchase for the registration process. Every type of product has its own registration form with fields that have to be filled out. 

Step 2:

  • UPPAbaby offers you a facility in which you can have a virtual consultation with employees via booking, who guide you on how to use and install the product following the enrollment of the products.

  • They will send you a follow-up email containing any additional details or documentation that could be helpful after the appointment is made.

Step 3:

  • The customer support team fulfills the needs of customers via email, phone calls, video chat, live chat, or texting. Your problems will be rectified promptly by them.

  • After your claim is approved, you must comply with any additional requirements to obtain any necessary repairs, replacements, or other remedies covered by the warranty.

What is covered under the UPPAbaby Warranty?

The UPPAbaby product is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a specific duration starting from the purchase date, provided it is used normally and in accordance with the instructions. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies solely to the original retail buyer, requiring proof of purchase from an authorized retailer for validation. Retaining proof of purchase is essential for this warranty. Furthermore, it is applicable only within the original country of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the UPPAbaby Warranty?

Damage stemming from corrosion, mold, or rust due to inadequate maintenance, servicing, or storage, as well as wear and tear, are not covered. Likewise, damage caused by exposure to the sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage conditions, or frequent washing is excluded. Repairs or alterations performed by a third party, products purchased from unauthorized retailers (approved retailers listed on our website uppababy.com), and ownership by individuals other than the original registrant are not covered. Damage incurred during airline shipping and involvement in accidents are also not included in the warranty.
