If you purchased your SURI from an authorized retailer, a receipt or invoice showing proof of purchase will be required.
Customers who purchased SURI 2.0 via trysuri's online store or an authorized retailer can extend their standard warranty by registering their purchase.
Verify that the fault you are experiencing is covered the warranty covers any product faults, defects, and irregularities, but does not include damage from improper use (including use of third-party charging cables or accessories), normal wear and tear, or minor defects that don't affect performance.
Contact SURI's support page for details on how to proceed with your warranty claim or repair. Include your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and your shipping address.
To ensure you're not without a toothbrush, SURI will send you a replacement straight away. They'll also include a prepaid returns label so you can send your faulty brush back.
Once SURI has received your toothbrush, their recovery team will take it apart to reuse the components or recycle them responsibly. This is part of SURI's commitment to zero-waste repair and recovery.
Use the prepaid returns label provided by SURI to send your defective toothbrush back do not discard or attempt to repair it yourself before returning, as this may void your warranty.
Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the warranty period. Where possible, SURI will provide a like-for-like replacement of the same model. If the original model is no longer available, they may provide a replacement of equal or greater specification at their discretion.
The requirement applies to return any faulty product within 30 calendar days of receiving a replacement. If the faulty item isn't returned within that time and no written alternative is agreed, SURI may invoice for the replacement value.
1 year warranty as standard from the date of delivery
The warranty covers (free of charge) any product faults, defects, and irregularities arising from manufacturing issues during the applicable warranty period.
Damage from improper use, including use of third-party charging cables or accessories.
