The energy-saving guarantee is applicable to heating products acquired in the past 12 months, requiring a minimum active usage of six months. For the Smart Air Conditioning Control, the energy-saving guarantee remains valid for the initial 100 days post-purchase, with a prerequisite of active usage for at least two months.
