Step 1:

  • For your Ooni warranty to be claimed, you will have to have your proof of purchase, serial number of the product, and photograph of any faulty parts.

  • Once you click the "find my serial number" button, it will get you to the page that guides you on how to locate that for each product.

  • After choosing the desired topic, the model of the product, residential, and contact details have to be completed in the form. At the end, files with a maximum limit of up to six and without going beyond 3MB can be uploaded.

Step 2:

  • All products that are in unused condition, with original packaging, are permitted to be returned within sixty days from the day the product is delivered to you. The customer support team must give you approval before the return.

  • You should provide them with your original order number, the condition of your item, the number of parcels you are about to return, and reasons for return. No cost is levied on the returns from the UK mainland only for any item in original packaging, or any wrong or defective items.

  • Half of the refund is provided for the products that are returned without following the given instructions or beyond the given time limit.

Step 3:

  • The customer support department can be reached to seek answers regarding orders, ovens, warranties, accessories, cooking tips, Ooni groceries, upgrade programs, and other FAQs.

  • You can contact them by submitting a request, phoning, or WhatsApp. The warranty for items such as groceries and apparel cannot be claimed under the warranty policy.

  • During the warranty process, Ooni may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year warranty period.

What is covered under the Ooni Warranty?

The warranty is applicable solely within the country of purchase, and Ooni promises that the product will be free from material defects in both materials and workmanship. defective component parts will either undergo repair or be replaced. In cases where the fault is integral to the overall functioning of the product, Ooni will replace the entire product. It's important to note that the warranty is valid for residential or domestic use exclusively. Any replacement parts provided by Ooni are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty.

What is NOT covered under the Ooni Warranty?

The warranty does not extend to cover reasonable wear and tear, discoloration or heat tarnishing, surface rust, water damage, excessive exposure to salt air conditions, sea spray, and humidity (such as on a yacht). It also excludes coverage for severe weather conditions, natural disasters, user error, minor distortions, or warping caused by prolonged exposure to heat, provided such warping does not impede the product's use. Additionally, using the product with incorrect fuels, utilizing it outside the country of purchase, and any improper use of the ovens are not covered by the warranty.
