What is covered under the Asko Appliances Warranty?

The limited warranty encompasses both parts and labor, with specific conditions detailed within its terms. Authorized service for ASKO products must be conducted by an ASKO-authorized service company. To avail of service under the limited warranty, it is necessary to provide proof of the original purchase date. The warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What is NOT covered under the Asko Appliances Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes coverage for replacement parts or repair labor if the ASKO Product is used in a manner inconsistent with published user or operator instructions and/or installation guidelines. It does not cover service calls related to correcting product installation, providing usage instructions, replacing or repairing house fuses, or addressing house wiring or plumbing issues. Consumable items like filters are also not covered. Damages arising from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, negligence, fire, flood, natural disasters, improper use, improper installation, installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes, or the use of non-approved products by ASKO, as well as any attempted repairs by unauthorized entities, are not included in the warranty. Cosmetic damage, unless caused by defects in materials or workmanship and reported within 5 days of purchase, is not covered. Pickup and delivery are not included, as the ASKO Product is intended to be repaired in your home. Unauthorized modifications leading to repairs on parts or systems are excluded. Expenses for travel and transportation for product service are not covered if the ASKO Product is in a remote area without service from an authorized ASKO service company. Removal and reinstallation of the ASKO Product are not covered if it is located in an inaccessible location or not installed following ASKO's published installation instructions. Lastly, replacement parts or repair labor for ASKO Products with altered, removed, or indistinguishable model/serial numbers are not covered.
