Step 1:

  • The first step to claim a warranty from T3 is to register your products. This will protect your rights to make a claim, by safeguarding important details about your products. This will give you quick access to your product details.

  • Now submit a warranty claim to the brand. If you haven’t registered your product, then you will need to provide your name, phone number, email address, address, serial number, date or place of purchase, and a description of your issue.

  • This process requires a picture of the proof of purchase. Please note that the picture should be less than 4MB. If you don’t have an image of proof of purchase, you also have the option of uploading the product image for which you want to claim.

Step 2:

  • Upon completing the form submission, an email confirmation will be sent to you. In addition, you will also receive emails regarding your claim status.

  • As another option, you can directly call them to claim the warranty. One of the experts from their support team will contact you and let you know the next steps. All you will need is the proof of purchase.

  • T3 also has a 30-day return policy, if you’re not satisfied. To initiate a return, complete the return form provided with the product and pack the products along with this completed form. Now remove the original shipping label and attach the FedEx return label to the package to drop it off at any authorized FedEx shipping center.

  • If you don’t have a FedEx label, you can request them through email. It will typically take 1-2 weeks for the return process.

Step 3:

  • Please note that each product will be inspected and determine whether it should be repaired or replaced at the T3 warehouse. If they finalize the replacement as an option, the refund amount will be refunded within 4-5 days to your original payment method.

  • T3 has provided a separate page to give you a comprehensive guide about their products, providing you with all the necessary information. However, if you still have doubts and need help, please contact the support team.

  • Immediate registration of the T3 tools will make you enjoy an additional year of warranty support for free. The purchases made from authorized retailers in the USA and Canada are qualified to be registered with the exclusion of warranty replacement products.

What is covered under the T3 Warranty?

T3 offers a 24-month (i.e. two-year) warranty period for all the parts, excluding the brushes and accessories. The warranty window starts from the purchase date. If your products exhibit any manufacturing or material defects, T3 will offer you a replacement of parts or the entire unit free of charge or an alternative and optimal solution. However, this warranty solely applies to the products obtained from authorized retailers. Also, the products must be used in normal use and as per the instructions given. Please note that the replaced or repaired product will still be in the balance warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the T3 Warranty?

T3 warranty coverage has certain exclusions and limitations to be aware of. Damage caused by improper installation, tampering, utilizing unauthorized accessories, alterations, power surges, and personal property are not covered. They also do not exclude negligence or misuse such as dropping off the products, failing to follow instructions, and improper cleaning hacks. Keep in mind, if the company finds it unnecessary for replacement or if products are non-eligible, they have all the rights to deny the claim. Remember, you will strictly need the serial number to make the claim, otherwise, it may become void.
