If you encounter issues with Swann’s products, kindly initiate the return process by submitting a Return Authorization Request. Make sure to submit your email address, name, and contact details. Then raise a new request and upload the order reference.
You will receive a case number which you can use to track your request. Swann’s technical support team will provide you the guidance to address the issues. If it is not effective, then they will provide you with an RA.
RA will typically be given within 2 days from the initial request. It can be issued for one or more products you return.
Pack all the products (you want to return them) and their components sufficiently in a shipping carton. Now clearly write the RA number outside the box. Ship the products to Swann’s warehouse (the address is mentioned below).
Please note that returns without RA will be sent back by the Swann’s team.
It will typically take 10-15 days to be processed. You will receive emails regarding the validation and other outcomes.
Upon approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Note that issuance of RA doesn’t mean acceptance. It will remain your product until they approve the return.
If the returned products are associated with a Secure +subscription plan, then you will need to alter the plan upon returning the product. In the case of Extra Plan, you will have to cancel the plan.
And, for the Unlimited plan, Swann requests you to remove that particular product from the plan using their Swann Security App.
Swann also encourages you to make use of their technical support team. This could avoid unnecessary returns in case of manageable issues.
During the warranty process, Swann may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually one year.

Swann warrants all their products for 12 months (i.e. 1- year). They also accept returns or offer repairs or replacements within 30 -days of purchase. They warrant all their products for 12 months: when the products are found to be defective, not fitting the intended purpose or description provided by Swann, and having been used within the country of purchase. Also, you will require an original purchase receipt to avail the warranty. Notably, all warranties are applicable to the original purchaser.
Swann is not responsible for the damages due to lightning strikes, power surges, physical damage, tampering, misuse, and unauthorized modification or service. Swann’s warranty doesn’t cover the costs of installation or uninstallation. Note that every product will be subjected to verification once they return to the warehouse. So you are responsible for the restocking fee of $50 if the returned product is not in saleable condition. Also, you will be incurred if the product is found to be dead on arrival. If you have paid any shipping charges, it will be deducted from the refund.
