Step 1:

  • Kindly ensure the timely submission of your Secretlab warranty service claims. To ensure the efficacy of your warranty claims, it is necessary to submit them within 14 days of detecting the defect.

  • Please use the contact form for submitting your claims. To validate your warranty, the order number must be provided in the form. 

  • Additionally, a clear image of the defective product or part must be provided. If you didn't provide the image for processing your claim, it may lead to the assumption that you are unable to substantiate your claim.

Step 2:

  • The date indicated on the delivery records for your order will serve as your date of receipt. In the event of any defective products, they are dedicated to either repairing or replacing them. In the unlikely scenario where rectifying a warranty-related issue isn't feasible, they will reimburse you the original purchase price.

  • For any faulty parts, they will dispatch replacement components to you without incurring additional charges. Accompanying these parts will be the requisite instructions for installation or assembly. It's important to note that any labor expenses associated with the replacement will not be covered by Secretlab.

Step 3:

  • There is a possibility that they might request you to send back defective parts or items. If this is the case, they will either arrange to collect the faulty parts or items from you at their own expense or provide you with shipping instructions to return the defective parts or items to them at their own cost.

  • Replacements will carry a warranty until either the original item's warranty period concludes or for 30 days from the receipt of the replacement items, depending on which of the two comes later.


Secretlab Warranty Period:

  • 1-year limited warranty on all other Secretlab chair accessories and/or add-ons sold separately

  • 2-year limited warranty on Secretlab Professional Footrest

  • 3-year limited warranty on Secretlab Classics and Secretlab TITAN Evo Series

  • 5-year limited warranty on Secretlab TITAN Extra Extra Small (XXS) Chairs, Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk (Original Version), and Secretlab L-Shaped Desk Extension

What is covered under the Secretlab Warranty?

Generally, the Secretlab Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults for a specified period of time from the time of purchase. The warranty includes free replacement or repair of damaged or defective components.

What is NOT covered under the Secretlab Warranty?

Damage from normal wear and tear, improper assembly, damage caused by unauthorized repairs, abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer. Additionally, accessories and parts not obtained from Secretlab are not covered.
