After that, images of the sewn-in white ID tag, the problematic area up close, and the entire boat cover or top must be provided sequentially.
While you submit the proof of purchase, you may have to provide your boat’s brand name, model name, HIN (Hull Identification Number), boat size, boat type, and any installed options.
Dowco does not allow returns for products after thirty days from the date of purchase. Additionally, to initiate a return, customers must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Dowco Marine.
You should return the products in brand new, completely unused condition and containing the original packing slip. The products sent back after 24 hours will go through the deduction of 30% restocking fee.
Any eligible refunds for purchases will be reimbursed using the same payment method utilized for the original transaction. Kindly anticipate a processing time of 2-3 weeks.

Dowco Inc. provides a warranty to the original purchaser, guaranteeing that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty excludes damages resulting from trailering, misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation. It also does not cover incidents where the product comes into contact with chemicals or tree sap, allows water or ice to accumulate or pool, or is not properly secured. Additionally, damages caused by sharp objects puncturing the cover are not covered under the warranty.
