  • The procedure for warranty claims is different for various sets of products manufactured by Leviton. Leviton provides two unique contact numbers for claiming the warranty. However, a similar method for both involves visiting the official website.

  • Under the homeowner insurance policy, you can file a claim before contacting the Leviton for the failure of SPCB products within the warranty period. The instructions for making a submission of a warranty claim will be provided by Leviton.

Step 2:

  • Leviton assumes no responsibility for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, which may include, but are not limited to, equipment damage or loss of use, lost sales or profits, or delays or failures in fulfilling this warranty obligation.

  • If the SPCB is harmed due to a power surge and Leviton confirms that this damage resulted from the failure of the Leviton SPCB to perform adequately, Leviton will, at its discretion, choose to repair, replace, or reimburse the value of the unit.

Step 3:

  • The Leviton SPCB warranty excludes coverage for garage door operators or outdoor equipment, such as outdoor HVAC units, window-mounted air conditioners, sprinkler systems, security alarm systems, cable dish systems, or equipment lacking UL or CSA listing.

  • Leviton's Network Solutions Division provides not only extensive product warranties but also unparalleled extended full system warranties for projects completed by their Certified Contractors, ensuring peace of mind and reliability for their clients.
