Under the homeowner insurance policy, you can file a claim before contacting the Leviton for the failure of SPCB products within the warranty period. The instructions for making a submission of a warranty claim will be provided by Leviton.
Leviton assumes no responsibility for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, which may include, but are not limited to, equipment damage or loss of use, lost sales or profits, or delays or failures in fulfilling this warranty obligation.
If the SPCB is harmed due to a power surge and Leviton confirms that this damage resulted from the failure of the Leviton SPCB to perform adequately, Leviton will, at its discretion, choose to repair, replace, or reimburse the value of the unit.
The Leviton SPCB warranty excludes coverage for garage door operators or outdoor equipment, such as outdoor HVAC units, window-mounted air conditioners, sprinkler systems, security alarm systems, cable dish systems, or equipment lacking UL or CSA listing.
