  • Bespoke and Editions offer a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, with a no-questions-asked policy. For Mattresses, there is a 100-day return window from the date of delivery, also with a no-questions-asked policy.

  • During the warranty process, Swoon Editions may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 5-year warranty period.

What is covered under the Swoon Editions Warranty?

Swoon Editions assures that upon delivery and for a specified duration from the delivery date, every product within their Mattress or Sofa Range will be free from material defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials.

What is NOT covered under the Swoon Editions Warranty?

The guarantee does not cover defects in the products resulting from fair wear and tear, willful damage, abnormal storage conditions, accidents, negligence, or misuse by you or any third party. It also does not apply to loss or damage caused by soiling or unsanitary conditions, use on an unsuitable base, unreasonable exposure to water or weather (including rusting and corrosion), incidents such as fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, sunlight, infestation by animals, or boring insects. Furthermore, the guarantee excludes instances where the products are not operated or used in accordance with user instructions, any alterations or repairs carried out by you or an unauthorized third party, or deviations from specifications provided by you.
