Step 1:

  • Confirm your product was purchased new from an authorized SunBriteTV reseller and that you are the original end-user. Units purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under warranty.

  • Verify that your product is within the applicable warranty period based on the model and installation type (residential or commercial). Proof of purchase and the product serial number are required for service.

  • Make sure the issue is due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, accidents, environmental conditions, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Step 2:

  • Call SunBriteTV 's customer support number given below to begin the diagnostic process. Have your dated sales invoice from an authorized dealer and your product serial number ready.

  • At that time, SunBriteTV will determine whether the product will be: Serviced onsite, Replaced (if applicable), or Returned to the factory in Charlotte, NC for repair

  • If a return is required, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. No product will be accepted without an RMA number.

Step 3:

  • If onsite service is approved, an authorized SunBriteTV technician will schedule a visit to diagnose and repair the unit.

  • Additional charges may apply for certain service conditions depending on the situation.

  • If replacement is approved within the first thirty (30) days of purchase, a replacement unit may be shipped after collecting credit card information.

  • If the original unit is not returned within thirty days, the card on file will be charged the full MSRP, and freight charges may apply. If factory repair is required, ship the product freight prepaid and insured in its original or equivalent packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the box.

  • Include a copy of your sales receipt, as SunBriteTV will not accept returns without an RMA number.

  • 1 Year (Parts & Labor): Veranda 2 and Veranda 3 models

  • Re-Certified Products: 1 Year (Parts & Labor) from date of sale

What is covered under the SunBriteTV Warranty?

SunBriteTV warrants that its products conform to manufacturer specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.
At its discretion, SunBriteTV will repair the product using new or re-certified parts or replace it with a new or re-certified unit. “Re-certified” refers to a product restored to original factory specifications.

What is NOT covered under the SunBriteTV Warranty?

Shipping costs, shipping damage, or damage caused during unpacking.

  • Service required due to improper or insufficient AC supply voltage.
  • Units that have been modified, tampered with, adjusted, improperly installed, repaired by unauthorized parties, or damaged due to power surges.
  • Failures caused by accident, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, improper storage, or failure to follow operating instructions.
